## Who we are
SmarterProcess is a consulting company headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, specializing in software and systems engineering for regulated and safety-critical industries. For more than 12 years we have helped organizations improve how they design and develop systems, with a strong focus on IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (the Jazz platform), IBM DOORS Next and the IBM Rational tools.

We are an **IBM Gold Business Partner**, and our experts have been recognized as **IBM Champions**. We also partner with HCL Technologies and GitLab.

## What we do
- **Consulting.** Requirements engineering, application and engineering lifecycle management, test management and automation, CI/CD and DevOps strategies, and migrations to IBM ELM from other tools.
- **Training.** Certified courses for IBM Engineering tools, HCL products and GitLab, from first steps to administration.
- **Licensing and implementation.** Licenses, installation and configuration, upgrades, platform maintenance and managed hosting of IBM ELM.
- **Custom extensions.** Widgets, scripts and integrations tailored to the processes of a specific organization. SmarterWidgets grew out of this work.

## Industries
Our customers work in defense, aerospace, automotive, financial services, logistics and manufacturing: organizations where requirements, traceability and evidence for audits are part of everyday business.

## Why SmarterWidgets
Implementing IBM ELM for many organizations showed us the same repetitive tasks again and again. Instead of solving them manually in every project, we turned them into widgets that any team can use. Each widget is built on the official IBM interfaces, follows the IBM Carbon design system and is maintained with regular releases.
